They need to honestly just throw the whole place away , for months now there has been dirty water dripping from my bathroom everyday I have a bucket of water to throw away the water stinks really back sometimes has random stuff in it they’ve came to fix it plenty of time and nothing has gotten fixed not only that there’s sooo many mice and roaches and also spiders do not I move here horrible place ! They don’t even deserve this one star

My apartment has been leaking for one week now the water is everywhere on the floor I been going to the office for one week, but they are not doing anything about this, the is water everywhere in my house it’s like I’m in swimming pool.

Since new company has taken over nothing is being fixed! I didn't have hot water for 4 days they never came to see what the problem was. This place is just completely infested.I have blue water coming up through my sink and has flooded my kitchen. There is standing water all over hallway floor outside my apartment door. Called in as an emergency days ago and nobody has come to fix the problem. I have a 3 year old I have to feed and I cannot use my own kitchen. They took over with clearly nobody to fix there properties and nobody to actually contact when there is an emergency such as this. I was told they don't even have keys to the units.I don't know how long they expect for people to wait when something needs to be done now but I will definitely be calling the broad of health in the morning maybe something will be done a lot faster. This is absolutely unacceptable and the rent for this apartment is not worth it. I didn't care for the Pangea staff but at least they had people out here same day or next day. Whatever you do please do not rent here because its not worth a headache.

This apartment complex really needs to be torn down and rebuilt it’s infested with so many roaches it makes no sense. I will be breaking my lease and filing bankruptcy on it. It’s not worth $770 and all your utilities. I have never seen anything like it in my life. The owner should be ashamed it really doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. The tenants are practically living on top of each other it’s just ridiculous. I’m actually terrified to sleep or put anything in this place. I really should have researched this place more I think the code enforcement should investigate this place it’s not sanitary or livable. I pray for the owners and tenants but this place should be shutdown.
