I affectionately refer to my townhouse as my dream home. All brick exterior, high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors; complete with a basement (I have my own washer and dryer!) and front porch. Satchuel, the community manager, is professional, friendly, and responsive. She genuinely cares about the residents and our lovely community. There is no concern too small, no request left unanswered. The grounds are beautiful, complete with a community garden; a stone's throw from downtown and right across the street from beautiful and historic Garfield Park of over 120 acres (including sunken gardens and a conservatory). This community is a hidden gem, and every day I am grateful to call our beloved, historic community home.

Lived here and my apartment had a problem with mice. I'm talking a mouse infestation. The landlord didn't seem too concerned about it. Happy I no longer live here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My place was beautiful! I loved the style and layout of Garfield Terrace Apartments. BUT my town home had mice and a rat rotting under the floor boards in my brother's bedroom when I first moved in. The landlord gave me a lot of talk back when I told him about the situation and the maintenance man was too scared to remove the dead rat. A neighbor actually got it out and threw it away. People stole a chair and flowers off of my front porch so I just left my porch empty since people don't know how to act around Garfield Park. I did have some good neighbors, though. My basement flooded and knocked out my hot water heater for a week and maintenance never came to turn it back on so I did that myself. I think it would be a wonderful place to live if they get management together over there. I have since bought a house and still haven't gotten my deposit back after a year even though I left that place spotless.

We are currently at capacity with no vacant units. We will have a fully upgraded 2 bedroom townhouse available in April for $1,000 a month. You would pay gas and electric. We cover water, sewer, trash and recycling.

How much is your rent for those apartment s
