Bad living conditions for $900+ per month. If you're a thrill seeker this is the apartment for you. Gunshots, car break-ins, obstacle course of trash to make your way through everyday. The staff would rather give free old donuts than take care of the mess that is this apartment complex. Just listen... don't do it.

Honestly one of the best staff and maintenance. Just some black folks seems to be little musical here and zombies. Don’t know what’s night time is and keep it quite. Wish their moms taught them how to use headphones. So they can blast it till their ears bleed.

We were running a little late coming in to visit fisherman's village and Christa Atwell was very nice and still seen us. She showed a few apartments to us and we loved them! They were nice, clean and right on the lake view. Christa made us feel welcome like family and answered every question we had. And yes, we got the apartment 👍🙋‍♀️ Thank you Christa!

Stayed here for a little over 2 years & my boyfriend & I could not wait to leave these apartments. While here we experienced mold (severe enough that we had to throw furniture away & get insurance involved, a mold inspector told us to leave & we had to contact the board of health) which took them a year to fix. My car was broken into & everything was stolen, someone tried to break into my boyfriend's truck as well but couldn't get in so they just cut his entire keyhole out of his driver side door. The apartments won't do anything about it & neither will the cops, but it doesn't help that they don't have cameras & the parking lots are poorly lit. We've also heard many many gunshots way too close (our parking lot or road) for our liking & gunshots INSIDE our building once too. The cops just come do a little circle in the parking lot & then leave, the complex never addresses that issue. There's also trash blowing around everywhere everytime the dumpsters get dumped & we've had packages stolen twice so we had to start getting our stuff delivered to family members houses so we wouldn't have to worry about them getting taken. Since Tracy became the property manager things have gotten a little better & we really liked the maintenance guy Jason, but dealing with everything we have so far is not worth what they want a month plus utilities & whatever else they can think of to charge you for, plus rent increases each time you sign a new lease. Would not recommend.

The workout room locks whenever the office locks during the week, but you can use your key to get in after hours.
