The thing that is so upsetting about this complex is that it has so much wasted potential. The layout and sizes of the apartments actually aren’t bad but there is no money put into them. The entire complex needs serious renovation. My complaint is the condition of my apartment. It is practically falling apart. There are so many issues that I stop bothering to put in requests because my lease is about to be up. The area isn’t the best but most of the people here work and mind their business. The staff tries but it’s not enough. I would renew and even pay more for a bigger unit but it’s not worth it. This is a place you stay temporarily when you have little to no options. Make what you will of it.

I lived there for 2 years I moved in December 31 when it was winter and cold and there was always a insane draft that would leave my house feeling like I was outside which i told them about and they never fixed. turns out there was a giant hole in the window which I found in about April because it began nonstop raining and it would leak down from the hole onto my bedroom floor. From the first year in April until 2 weeks be4 I moved out the window leaked. i informed them multiple times and had to call the health department several times during this time and towards the end it started to affect my breathing.when they came weeks before I moved and tore the wall out the entire bottom whas covered in mold. Not t to mention they lost my money order and I had to pay rent two times 1 month and then they tried to evict me over late fees that acquired from them losing my money order.(mind u be4 this I never been late and paid early andnd months ahead) Office staff is rude all the time and need I say that maintaiance doesn't fix anything ever. Wouldn't live there again if it was the last place in town

Dawn has been amazing to work with for my family and I. The move-in process was very professional and all of the office staff was very kind. Moving in we had an issue that the dishwasher was leaking. Maintenance was out the same day! The apartments are older, but my unit has brand new carpet and was very clean at move in. Couldn't be happier so far!

Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!!! After paying a pet deposit when we first moved in...mind you our dog is in the lease and on the pet addendum....we signed to vacate and all of a sudden they don't know where our pet deposit is. You mean to tell me we've been here 11 months and now you want to say something now that we are 11 months in and a month from moving out!!! Side note we also live right behind the office so they clearly see us when they go smoke etc. Maintenance lazy. Nothing ever gets fixed in the apt. AC?? 😂Needs charged 2xs a week. The whole staff is incompetent as hell!!! Not even the same staff when we moved in besides the disgruntled old lady at the desk up front. The old staff left due to stealing and embezzlement.
