I have been living in Indianapolis, and resided on every side of town, this place is by far the best property, I’ve stayed in, from my personal experience, not only, because of the Marott, location and apartment layouts, but also the property management and the building leasing office to the whole personal, they are nice, don’t get into your business, and respond to a maintenance call or emergency within a very few minutes. I’m moving to another state, and if it wasn’t for personal reasons, I wouldn’t move out of this place! Thank you to all people working in there.

Beware. I moved to Indy to go to school at IUPUI. The Marott was appealing to me because it was only ten mins from campus. The selling factor was that it had a hot tub. When I first moved in, everything was fine. The first issue started …

I have lived at The Marott for a little over six months and have no complaints. I live on the 7th floor with a spectacular view of the city. Amenities are great (especially the indoor/outdoor pool), and I have never had any issues with …

The Marott is/was my first apartment, and I couldn't have picked a better 'first'. My roommate and I live on the 8th floor, and we've never had any problems worth mentioning. I think in our two years living here we've had one issue that required maintenance - and the staff were on it the same day we notified them. Since we live on the 8th floor, the events held on the 1st floor never bother us. Honestly, it's very quiet. The staff at the front desk are ALWAYS friendly and they take their work seriously. Every now and again the elevator next to our apartment (south freight elevator) breaks down - but with how many people use it per day, I'm not surprised. Again: these 'problems', if you want to call them that, rarely affect us. Plus, the view is amazing (depending on if you get an apartment facing South into the city, or North towards 38th street). I would HIGHLY recommend this place to ANYONE.

I do not believe rent is income based. I believe cheapest one bedrooms start around $900.
Yes there is, pull in and guest parking is to your left. It is gated parking for residents.
