Great place to get a workout in while on vacation. Prices are a bit high compared to more mainstream gyms, but it does the job while you’re on a vacation and need a quick workout. They have a good selection of weights, benches, squat, etc. Very old school look at that too.

Hi Kathleen, the gym (871 East Elkcam) hours are Monday-Friday 6am-8pm, Saturday 8am-4pm, and Sunday 9am-3pm. We do have a class studio that is at 860 Bald Eagle. The studios are by appoiment only. I hope this helps you out.
Hi Tony, At this time we do not accept Silver Sneakers. We do offer to help people fill out forms to get reimbursed through their insurance if their insurance allows for reimbursement.
