A month ago my wife and I stayed at the resort. We had a nice stay. Unfortunately, my wife left her purse with her identification in the room. The staff called, and told me that they have it. All we had to do was email a Federal Express shipping label to them, and they would ship it to her. We spent $40 on the shipping label, and sent it to them. But they did not ship the package. Since then, I have called many, many times. They just give me a run around, but they will not ship the package.

Only if you are staying on the hotel. The do issued a wrist band that you have to wear at all times. You get one umbrella and two beach chairs free, if you want extra chairs you have to pay extra for it.

Yes. RESORT is open. Hot tub is HOT. Food is delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable. (Pillows yuk bought my own at walmart) Tried to snorkel in ocean today...... But was cloudy.....

I would suggest callling the Hilton Hotel on Marco Island directly, they should have all the information you need. Did you check their website, you might be able to get some help there. Otherwise I would call the toll free number for the Hilton Hotels and specify that youre asking about the Hilton Hotel in Naples FL. We didn't stay there, only had a great lunch outside right on the Gulf of Mexico. It was wonderful. Naples is a beautiful area, you should enjoy your visit.
You could talk to them, or try booking in January when it is not as busy and I believe rates are a little lower.
The bar and restaurant is open but I THINK, from what I hear, the hotel is not. They are way behind as is the Mariott on their expansion since after IRMA and HARVEY and MARIA the construction workers have a cornucopia of jobs available and many have left this area.
They are not reopening until January 2018 (according to the letter I received).
