Beautiful condo. Impeccable property. Super friendly and helpful staff. 10 min walk to the beach. Quiet area. Highly recommend.

Okay property, the beach 🏖 definitely is not what we expected. They have allowed a jetski company to invade the Marco Island beaches. In any given day you may have trouble swimming with your kids and family because they have 10-30 jetskis just sitting around blocking all of the beach access for the visitors. Don't have company over as parking is a mess in the whole Marco Island area. We had some friends come and meet us and it took them 45-60mins just to find a public parking spot. Would not recommend if you want a stress free vacation

Paddle Marco delivers to all of the south seas condos and the villas.
Possibly, there is a community room on the ground level. You would need to contact building administration.
We rent it. Check on Tripadvisor or Flipkey or any other similar website. That's how I find the condos that are for rent and their availability for specify dates.
