Does the Hilton offer public access to the beach area of their resort?

Only if you are staying on the hotel. The do issued a wrist band that you have to wear at all times. You get one umbrella and two beach chairs free, if you want extra chairs you have to pay extra for it.

There is a public access walk directly next to the Hilton. I am not sure where parking is. So while the Hilton does not have public access, there is a public access directly next to it.

Actually I was there 2 weeks ago. I stayed at the Hilton. You have to pay $35 for 2 chairs and a umbrella. It is not free. I saw public people there but they had their own chairs and umbrellas.
