The office security guards a very helpful and will help you find the right door for your needs. The parking spaces are numbered but are not reserved except the yellow ones. They have you take a number and make sure you have paperwork ready to be helped. The lady I spoke to was super nice. Be prepared to wait a little bit and no A/C.

Surprised nobody could ever get through considering they're not paying anybody, responding to claim questions,nor issuing out letters with phone interviews as told. These people are getting paid to do the worst s***** job. They need to go on ahead and change that automated service and put up to a year to receive a payment that 3 weeks is b*******

Been waiting since 3/3/2021. I was granted and approved 6 month's afterwards by the interviewer and previous employer was not fighting stating that I deserved the benefits. Even the payment deposit into my acct were approved and "pending" to go through the very next day. EDD for unknown reasons denied it overnight prior to the deposit going through. Now today I am still waiting for my Appeal case to be heard. The state owes me $15,000. I have lost all my savings all I have worked for now and still no light at the end of the tunnel. This should be against the law. My taxes I have payed in 5 decade's should not reward people like me this way. Now I'm told that CA EDD is now 20 million dollars in debt. Think this might be the reason why we are all still sitting here wondering what the hell is going on. One excuse after excuse. There should be legal ramifications!!! This is beyond belief. Beyond comprehension. Beyond evil!!!
