I stopped by at 3:57p, the street signs say No Parking from 4p to 6p. Easy enough, moved to the park and pay, dropped that extra quarter in the printed ticket machine (just in case). The staff was courteous, friendly and helped retrieve the documents that I needed. Highly recommend.

Visit the county clerk’s office in the county where your home resides. This may be called the county recorder or land registrar in some municipalities. Once there, request copies of the blueprints on file for the property. If the county clerk maintains the blueprints for your property, be prepared to pay a nominal fee for copying and administrative costs.
