Took my sister here for a procedure and mammogram. While she was at the front desk to check in, another front desk staff employee called her name. I don't think they know what they are doing or how to keep track of the patient load. Waited over an hour before the procedure was done and then she had to wait even longer for the mammogram. Would not allow me to come back despite my sister's concerns and anxiety for the appointment. However, other staff were allowing people to accompany the other patients into the back for their testing/procedures. Very disappointing. Will not be coming back.

I was seen on time. Everyone was professional. I received results and reports quickly. I was able to get CDs to take to my doctor.

Hello Cynthia, you would have to call and speak to somebody in the appointments and or billing department. I am a technologist I'm not privy to that information.

I have been with them for many years and have never had a problem but I agree with Marie above that I was just you just call you the am I can talk to them about... also you can shine up at ugi.com create account in their patient portal page and print up your own reports for yourself and your doctors
