I have been a Bank of the West customer for a long time and have visited several branches; I must say this location by far exceeds the level of service I have experienced and expected. Monica(Branch Manager)her staff are always professional and friendly and willing to make sure anything I have ever needed or inquired about is handled in a prompt and helpful manner.

A check was given to me from bank of the west. I do not have a count with them can i cash it there because thats there bank.
