I went into open an account you had 4 tellers no customers in line. 6 associates sitting at their desk doing nothing. Not busy at all I was told I had to make an appointment to open an account. So what I did I went to Bank of America didn't need an appointment waited about 20 minutes and they helped me. People at Wells Fargo were very rude obnoxious just didn't care. So B of A got my business will never go to Wells Fargo again.

Don’t use this bank unless you have an extra 30 minutes to stand in line. Literally the worst bank branch I’ve ever been to.
