I had an Appointment set for 11 am on Saturday, and I drove 30 minutes to get there because they were the only BofA that had an appointment, just to get there and see that they’re close. They never sent an email or text saying that they were closed. Bad service.

Always busy. And ATM is as busy because people don't know how to use it. Technology is not for everyone. So people take more 7 minutes at the walk-up ATM just to punch in pin numbers. What's worst is also the drive thru ATM. People are so not know how to use it. If you want to spend more 5 minutes,go inside and do it. ATM should not be for making bank transfer and other transactions beside just to get money out and make quick deposit. And go. Every time I come here to get some money people are making tons of deposit and then transferring to another account. They need to be courteous to other people that just need to get money and out of there in no time. Lots of people are lost in today's technologies.
