Nice people. Clean bank. Not packed. The only issue is getting out of the parking lot especially around peak hours.

Unprofessional and naive team. I opened a business account now they restricted but they don’t know what documents they need and why they restricted. I brought all the documents but they say we don’t need it but they have placed on hold all my money and don’t welling to solve the issue. They are asking me to call the back office that’s their job. The bankers have their cell phones on their hand in work place I don’t think if the customer’s data would be safe in this branch. They don’t greet you, don’t care about customers. So many customers in the lobby need help but only one banker and mostly they ask customers to call customer service. I don’t recommend this bank and specific this branch as they always buys with their selves.

I was at this bank yesterday and today. Friendly security guards. But the queues to the cashiers and bankers are very long. you have to wait outside where it is very hot. there is nowhere to sit in the inside. although other organizations have chairs on the premises. And why need to make appointment when I've been waiting for half an hour ?! Also, if your banker cannot explain the question from the financial side, how can I answer it? I have opened several accounts with this bank and have never encountered such a banker.

Questions & Answers

Hello, I need a notary for a form. Do Chase has notary services?

Most banks have notaries, but depending on the bank some only allow their notaries to do notary services for only documents pertaining to their bank. But it depends on the bank so I would call them and ask.
