Efrain was too busy to help me wire my down payment for a house. Extremely short staffed. I'm not sure why he couldn't help me when not helping anyone else. I will be withdrawing all of my monies and depositing it at a place with better banking service.

Waited about 30 minutes in line since there was only 2 tellers, but the staff were all working very hard and were extra friendly to make up for the wait. Our teller was awesome and patient with my friend with a disability that needed extra time to put her money away respond to his questions. The waiting area was definitely not designed to be pandemic friendly though, so I would not recommend this location for anyone that is immunocompromised as it was impossible to social distance in line.

I am wondering this branch is been closed more than a month i don’t know why but branch operations is very slow always crowded it might be shortage of staff always

Branch manager doesn't wear a mask consistently or wears it improperly with nose exposed. Lines are extremely long. I appreciate the fact they are trying to enforce social distancing and masks, but the employees should all wear masks, too.
