I don't enjoy giving poor reviews but in this case I feel justified. I was told that they saw a sign outside saying that they had N95 masks in stock. I called the store and asked if they had N95 masks in stock and was told yes and was told lots of them and at a reasonable dollar figure. I made the trip from Pittsburgh to Mayview Rd. which is almost a 30 minute drive. When I arrived I noticed a sign outside saying they had KN95 masks for sale. Sure enough they had KN95s but not N95s. I mentioned to the sales person that I called and asked about N95 masks and was assured they had them in stock. I wasn't planning on giving a poor review but intended to forget the whole matter. That is until I began heading for the door only to hear the sales person remark, "It will be a long time before you can get N95 masks." Sorry to report this company is deceptive at the very least and the sales person rude and uncaring.Jim, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. We typically do stock N95’s as they are recommended for those who may be exposed to silica dust. But because of the restrictions put in place, we ran out of stock very quickly at the onset of the pandemic. We are now only able to secure KN95’s. I can assure you that there was no deception involved here. The reality is that we normally stock both types. We will review your experience with our sales team so we can avoid this in the future.
