To be clear up front, this is a review of both this branch and US bank as a whole. As far as the branch, the tellers are very kind and service oriented, if the review were strictly about the tellers, it would be 5 stars. But moving on to the banking services, things become a little more difficult to like. I asked a banker about the options that were possible for my business for a line of credit, to which she responded she would check into it, and give me a call. About a week later I received credit cards in the mail, with no warning or call from the banker. I had specifically told her that I wasn't interested in a credit card, I hadn't authorized any of this, yet here I am, with hits to my credit report, because she wanted to reach her quota for accounts opened for the month. I hope her bonus was worth running off a customer. As far as US Bank as a whole, there is nothing in their product line that makes them a stand out. However, their technology is so bad that I could never even recommend them from a standard, vanilla banking standpoint. Every single time I tried to login to my account through their app, from a web browser, or through my accounting software, I had to call them to reset the password... That's not exaggerated for emphasis, literally every single time. Every single time, I reset my password and wrote it down to make sure I wasn't losing my mind. That experience made me very nervous about their ability to keep my account from being hacked, because if they can't do something as simple as a login correctly, it makes me think they certainly couldn't ward off a large scale cyber attack.
