Husband and I were considering this apartment complex and came in for a tour. We asked about the pet policy, as we have a German Shepherd. They informed us that this breed is prohibited. Okay, no problem, we will look elsewhere. The woman then asked me, wink wink, if he was a service dog. I responded, no, he isn't, he is just our pet. She asked again, pressing harder, are you SURE he isn't a service dog? Because then breed restrictions don't apply. Uh, no thank you. I'm not going to lie about having a disability just so I can circumvent the rules that others have to follow. Super unprofessional of them to try to get me to lie about my pet being a service animal just to get my business. Makes me wonder what else they encourage prospective residents to lie about. It's a shame, because it's such a nice property.

I just moved in Yesterday, and I couldn't have had a better experience with everyone I encountered. Sydnie in the office was very prompt to help us get our keys and let us know if we needed anything to just let her know. I also called multiple times throughout our leasing process and spoke to Trent who was always so helpful with all my questions. We did have some minor issues when first getting into our place, our light fixtures were not installed on any of our light bulbs, and one of our burners on our stove was not warming up, but we called Sydnie and Keith the Maintenance Supervisor was in our Apt with in minutes and installed them in a jiffy and even helped with some other minor things we found. He was very kind and extremely detailed with everything he was doing . My boyfriend, son and I could not be more excited to be a member of this great community. It is seems to be quite a welcoming quiet, family oriented place.

The Village at Legacy Ridge was the perfect choice for my family! We have lived here almost two years and it's been such a positive experience! The office & maintenance staff are always quick to respond to any issues and are always friendly! The community is quiet and well kept. I have recommended many friends check it out for themselves because I know they will not be disappointed living here!

My roommates and I have loved our time living here at the Village at Legacy Ridge. The location first of all is unbeatable, safe, quiet and there is access to multiple nearby cities (like within 10-15 minutes). There is great access to so so many grocery stores, malls, fast food, restaurants and entertainment options. The apartment is beautiful, clean, has incredible amenities and quick maintenance every time we needed it. The office staff are all so kind, helpful and friendly. We are unfortunately having to move out to be closer to our schools but would not be leaving this spot otherwise. Everything you could ask for in an apartment complex with incredible staff running it.
