I have been scammed! I purchased a bunch of items from this company and when my order arrived some of the items were missing. I sent an email to their customer service and after a week they got back to me and said that they will give me a partial refund and I should see it in my account in 7-14 business days. Let's just say it has been nearly two months and I have yet to receive the refund. I have sent them multiple emails letting them know that I haven't received my refund and they haven't responded to one. Definitely would not recommend shopping from this company.

Same here. They owe me a refund! Replied to my poor review of them saying that they gave me a refund a long time ago. They couldn't even be bothered to give me an accurate date of when this took. Nor did they contact me privately to double-check my order number or anything like that. So rude too. Disgusting! Made a sarcastic comment to me, "we assume things must being going well in the UK for you to order from the US". Horrible company, they are just so rude and unprofessional.
Totally love the store I got everything just how I asked for it to come and more because of delays witch honestly I’m totally in love with best service I’ve gotten she’s totally sweet and for a mom she does what she can and that’s good enough for me btw I’m 21 and seeing the comments I see is sad we all have things to worry about if anything try checking what you ordered to see if it was right or not because mine was honestly everything I’ve wanted or figured it would be when she gave me hints. Communication is best and just remember be patient online shopping is always different then going to a store
First thing. You do is continue to call each & everyday or every otherday and continue to ask for your product or either a Refund . Besides that have your friends and also you to Post their Name & info on your Social Media! To get the word out their. Comment on Beauty Pages so that others See It! Because Calling Them Out and Getting the Information About Them & how they do business Out There is the best Thing to do!

I’ve ordered from house of beauty 3 times; They have followed through each time; I’ve received emails after placing my order, Confirmation information, of receipt, when my package left their warehouse and finally when my package will be delivered to me. My experience has been positive & secure.
