Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. For one week tracking says “out for delivery” but nothing comes and the shipping company is unknown. Called customer service but you just stay on hold waiting for a rep that never comes. You have the option of requesting a call back which I did but no one ever calls. I messaged customer service and got no response. So I’ve spent $80 for NOTHING except a headache. This company is terrible. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SHOP HERE

Bought an entire case of pods. Every single one was expired / defective. Response from customer service was "Please allow us 5 days to speak with management about this". Really? I'm supposed to wait 5 days for a maybe? All I wanted to do is return them. Now I have to get my CC company involved. On top that, they won't stop sending me crazy emails. Like more than two per day. The kicker? They're "unsubscribe" button conveniently leads to a page that does not exist. Technically that's illegal.
