I went in Golden nails to get my acrylics removed and get a manicure on my real nails (about 2 months with acrylics on and pregnant my real nails were extremly long) I expressed to them multiple times that i wanted to get the acrylics soaked off and get a thin layer of acrylic on my real nails since when you take acrylic nails off it makes your real nails very soft... she kept saying "okay okay no problem you want to keep real nails long and soak off acrylic right ?" I said yes. So i sit down she gets to grabbing the drills i said hold on wait what are you doing, arent you going to do a soak off !? She says yes this will help remove acrylic.. (This is NOT my first time growing my real nails out this long) but i just sat there and watched her. So she drilled only the top of the nail and proceeded to grab a card. I was in my phone watching a video and look up she is popping my nails off shes like 3 nails in at this point and ripped and broke every single one of my real nails off in the process i asked her to stop and asked why she didnt soak them and told hee she broke my real nails off by not soaking and flipped the acrylics she had already taken off and showed her my real nails broken insidr and she acted like she didnt care of just didnt understand me. Needless to say i paid for the removal and still left .. NEVER AGAIN....

Horrible pedicure. My 4 year old can paint better than what she did. Cut me and made me beed. Just all around horrible! Will never return. Nails look a mess also. Never again.
