I had an outstanding customer experience at Weber's Pet Supermarket. I came with my dog, who has health issues, and was given outstanding, high quality food and other products for her, which she loves. The owner of the store also showed care, concern, and interest in my dog's wellbeing. She provided me with a list of resources I can access to help improve my dog's happiness and quality of life, which was incredibly kind and helpful. This was one of the most positive shopping experiences I can recall having - ever! And I will be forever grateful that she took the time to help my dog. <3 So happy to know there are people like her out in the world.

I figured this downtown McLean boutique would have expensive prices - not so! They compete or beat Petco. Fabulous location and the staff is amazing. Most recently they gave great advice on toys for puppies - what to get & what to avoid and why.
