So this place used to be really great! Not sure if they changed ownership but it’s pretty terrible.had a 10 am appointment after waiting outside for 15 mins I called because I can see workers inside and was told she couldn’t open the door because of the alarm. Asked me what I was getting done. Mind you we are looking at each other through the window and tells me sh cannot do eyebrows and pedicures. She said she didn’t make my appointment if she had she would have told me she can’t do it. What had happened to this place????? It’s just awful now. Do not waste your money.

I will never return to this place! For the third time, I had to wait 45 minutes to get a pedicure. I had an appointment at 11 on a week day but wasn’t seen until11:50!
