Same here. They owe me a refund! Replied to my poor review of them saying that they gave me a refund a long time ago. They couldn't even be bothered to give me an accurate date of when this took. Nor did they contact me privately to double-check my order number or anything like that. So rude too. Disgusting! Made a sarcastic comment to me, "we assume things must being going well in the UK for you to order from the US". Horrible company, they are just so rude and unprofessional.

Yes ...Same thing happened to me. My order of Argon oil was damaged,discarded and confirmation was provided of damage by the shipper and the company will not take responsibility for anything. I don't even believe what I ordered was even in the shipment. If it was in fact the correct product they obviously did a Horrible job at packaging which is by everything was destroyed and never got to me.

I ordered from them on January 15, 2022 since no news!!!! , I called several times send e-mails still nothing.
