The WORST clinic I've ever went to in my life!!! Went there 3 times. First time waited for maybe an hour until I was finally seen by a practioner. I also took my blood works there before I left the office. Second time I went for my follow-up appointment to see my results and guess what?!!! I waited for about 2 hours and the Dr finally comes in the room and says he doesn't have my results. He said usually it takes about 7 days or less to get it back from CPL. It has been more than 7 days since the day I seen him for my results. I went to reschedule my next appointment but the front desk says they will call me back as soon as my results come in to reschedule. I thought okay that's fine so I know for sure my results are back. After a week I still didn't get a call back for an appointment for my results. I finally called and they said okay we got your results and I go in today 10/24, guess what???!!!!! NO RESULTS!! Long story short. They have no idea where my blood works went to...WOW!!! Dr Navar please get your staff checked and make sure the scheduling is done correctly and make sure there are follow-ups on everything you guys are doing with your patients. Remember I'm the patient and not the one that should be doing you guys job to call for my results or where my blood works went to!!!! By the way that was a star to get me in to write a review but that place definitely does not deserve a star at all!!!!!

I have had a great primary care for years, but as I am now on Medicaid, I had to find another doctor. I decided to try Procare Fort Apache as it's close to home, and I like knowing that it's an urgent care too. Dr. Navar is excellent! He is one of the kindest, most understanding doctors I have ever had. He takes his time and truly cares and listens to your needs. Now , understand going in that because he does care and takes time with each patient, you are going to wait, sometimes a long wait, whether you have an appointment or not. He sees a lot of patients daily(remember it's also an urgent care), so come with that expectation already, and practice your patience.Covid has made the amount of available doctors and support staff very difficult, especially if you are good at what you do. Even the front office staff is stretched very thin. Ondrea, is phenomenal! For those that say she doesn't answer the phone, or is short, or rude, need to re-evaluate their comments. As you are sitting "for so long" waiting, watch how many things she is handling at one time, and think about If you could actually do everything she does, as well as she does it. If she doesn't answer the phone right away, it's not because she doesn't want to. She is dealing with a patient, she has to check in, answer the phone, make appointments, answer questions both on phone and in person, check on results and referrals, etc, etc, and quite frankly she does a phenomenal job. She is not rude, she is just managing multiple things at once, and doesn't have time to sugar coat everything, but if you need to speak with her, she is professional, and very patient and will do her best to take care of your needs. We all need to realize that every business has staffing issues right now, and we all need to practice our patience and respect. We can also be proactive ourselves. If I haven't received an answer, or a referral or something that I need, I either call, or I go in and ask about it, and granted, sometimes things didn't get done, but by going in and communicating, I am able to get the help I need promptly, but I also speak to them with care and compassion. No one there is actively trying to drop the ball, or miss anything, but unfortunately, it happens. I just hope people have the same grace for me, as I have for them. Overall, this is a great place, with great staff, and kind, caring doctors. Bring your patience, and they will bring you the care you deserve.

BAD BAD BAD and WORST facility and staff. Pathetic. I took an appointment for a general blood work at 9.15am. After reaching there, they said they are not available on that time and suggested me to come next day. I told them that I have a confirmed appt. They said they knew it but they now don't have that slot. It would have been good if they text/email/call about the unavailability, when I said that, they told that they were busy since morning so couldn't find time to do so. What a pathetic response. Staff is very irresponsible towards the patients. Even their online support call booked my appt with a different facility where as I requested for a specific facility close to home. Please do not waste your time going here and ending up with 3-4 unnecessary trips, you will end up being annoyed. Google, please add -1 rating.

This is a joke, went to the doctor ,gave the blood test so that later in 3 weeks I had to call and reschedule to hear the results, then the doctor tells me I have hepatitis B and I can contaminate all the others I live with, my kids. .my husband, then she calles me back in 2 hours telling .., that was not the case, I Don't have it and I can not contaminate anyone, then she sends me the radiologist, I went there , did the exam ..a month after keep calling , leaving voice-mails , no one is calling me back to tell me the results, but I received the bills, so what is this called , because there no service at all. I have to go to the radiologist to pick up the results my self and read them .., so just make your own conclusion.... ,but I will never go there again.¹
