The person who drives the black SUV that parks in the front is a garbage human! I was absolutely beside myself today watching a bus driver trying to get a teenage boy, in a cerebral palsy type wheelchair, onto the handicap transportation bus. The bus had to park on the main road (extremely dangerous) and the SUV was completely blocking the walkway. I assume that the SUV driver works there, because they are almost always parked there when I bring my daughter to therapy. This desperately needs to be addressed. Unacceptable! Do better for the handicap patients!

Very poor service. Would not give me the number of my therapist that works for them after my phone was compromised and I had also sent my ID to this therapist and she never sent the paperwork to me to start. So now they have all of my private info and will not work with me.

I saw Joe and I do not recommend him, he wasn't very professional and did not help with issues I had. I gave him the benefit of doubt and tried to keep visiting to see if he would recommend any useful information but it never happened. Joe need's to speak to a professional himself to resolve issues he has with is life, he is a nice guy but I don't think he's qualified as a marriage counselor.

The office staff provided false information regarding their participating status with my health plan. Therapist named Joe Dentice also provided inaccurate information regarding participating status with my health plan. I am now 100% financially responsible because of the ineptitude of the staff at Neubauer Health. I would not recommend this facility to a friend due to poor service experience.
