You have to start the eviction proceedings. If the divorce is official you should be able to start the process unless everything is in both of your names which is a bit trickier. All of the forms you need and how you fill them out is of the familylawselfhelp.org website for Clark County. You need to file those papers and get that process started if you want them out of your home though.
I'm not sure bkuz this place is for civil issues like landlord/tenant claims an juvinile court of justice like child support or cps
They get 30 days to respond, and if they don't respond then you can file for a default ruling!
If you did not have the capacity to marry or you were defrauded as it was not the other person's intent to stay married you can file for an annulment or in the alternative divorce. You have to get the other party to agree to your terms via an Answer. Or you serve them after getting permission for foreign service of process. If you cannot find your spouse you must file an affidavit of due diligence and then an Order permitting service by publication in the other country. After the time for publication elapses, you can obtain an annulment or divorce. A bit difficult to do on your own. I suggest you hire an attorney. I offer free consultations
Get a will out of probate
Yes...there they can help you fill out all the necessary forms, study well the classes that they also offer so that you have a good result ... I did it and it helped me a lot
Go to self help and ask for a visitation packet.
Take the court order to the courthouse an the clerks at the information desk can tell where to take it
Go to self help, get all the necessary documents, file them with the court, and let the process go from there
If you mean a work permit for minors then yes, thats where you are supposed to go. But, i beleive they changed that. I think you no longer need a work permit, just parental consent. Family court house on pecos and Bonanza is where you want to go. Good luck and work hard ...
What about time share
No I don't think so if it open
Consult a lawyer because I'm not one.
Opposition counter motion if you disagree with his request
I am the grand mother If their is no father on birth certificate do I have to serve some one that's claiming to be the father
No... she lives here... all that matters
You can talk to self help outside. You walk up where you normally go through security. You can even talk on the phone with the judge, if necessary.
It is not as simple as that. You must file a petition to establish paternity and within the petition seek a name change to add yoor sirname. As to her first name, you might need mom's consent. By the way, as to your sirname, it is not an automatic absolute right. I am a lawyer with 32 years experience in family law.
If my husband quit his job, after 22 years marriage, getting divorced, how can I get anything due from him? He says, nothing at all!
I would call child supportment and see if they can help u. But ur x is a piece of sshhiiit!!! Sorry ur going thru this

This is a good place to go for that kind of help. We were able to get legal guardianship of our adult son, no lawyer, partly due to their help.
You have to write a kite to the Clark county juvenile Justice court an explain your situation an your public defender can also work for you to meet your needs while you locked down but yes you can get a attorney in custody but you gotta request it an apply with public defender office
depends on the language of the divorce decree. if the other party is responsible for copays. File a motion to show cause. I can help with the doc preparation.
You would have to call the Nevada Bar or if you are looking specifically for mediation there is the family mediation center in the same building as the court house.
I really don't know, if the kids have been living with the father it would seem that the father would have custody, and ex daughter in law would need to start the process of custody over again, prove to the court that the children needed to live with the father because she didn't have the ways to care for the children at that time
When you file the new case they will ask about previous cases. If it is one continuous case the clerk will assign the same case number. I know when I filed for my kids previously having a case for our older child they statrted a new case but the new case will include both children.
No. You take them at UNLV. The COPE class COURT required you take on line
I don't think they respond here. Look up the phone number and call them directly.
Yes, I can
There would have to be a temporary protection order in place
Depends on the documents
Call legal aid o DC southern Nevada and tell them or Just don't go... they will move to the next person.
If only you can
No
