Visited Pecks for lunch, it is almost a 2 hour drive for us but worth it once in a while. Best Fettuccini Alfredo ever. I get mine with blackened bay scallops. Nice service and good drinks.

If you need to use a highchair while youre here bring your own cleaning wipes because they are covered in grime. Waitress was friendly and quick - we didnt need to ask for refills and they had a complimentary appetizer before our meal. If you sit outside there is a good view but you will be surrounded by birds waiting to steal from your plate. Food was good but overpriced - for example they charge almost $13 for 6 stuffed mushrooms. We were seated right away during lunch rush which was a plus. Overall I don't think we would be back just because of the prices and the cleanliness.

Pretty bummed at our last experience at Peck's. First time we went last year, it was amazing...great service and food was good. We decided to make the hour trip back out last Thursday afternoon specifically to have their garlic shrimp. First red flag is the hostess giving us menus to find our own table outside. That never works out, which it didn't. Table next to us was served, got drinks and food while we waited and waited. No one even acknowledged us for about 20 minutes, so I went inside to the bar to get drinks. Bartender was so nice and friendly. She made sure someone would come out to us. Hostess decided to have a conversation with me across the restaurant and apologized. She then "introduced" me to my server who was standing behind the bar in the kitchen looking not so thrilled. I told her it wasn't a huge rush, but we are outside. Probably shouldn't of said that, because didn't see her again for another 30 minutes. Finally put our order in for the garlic shrimp meal. Waited another eternity for said meal to show up. Food was not good, didn't even finish it. They used the bottled, pre-chopped garlic on the overcooked shrimp that were sticking to the shell. This is not how I got it the first time we went. Tasted vaguely of garlic, totally disappointed. Food was lukewarm, small portion of fries and watery coleslaw. Was handed the check without requesting it, so ok, time for us to leave I guess...service was quick when I paid though. I probably won't eat there again. I'd get drinks and take in the scenery, but I don't like the vibe where I feel like I'm bothering the servers.

Wow! The drive out from 19 is well worth it. Great location for lunch right on the water. To give them credit, Peck's doesn't just get by on the awesome view. The food and service were great. Tonstart, I had a classic margarita and my wife had a flavored margarita. Both were really good. A bit pricey but not unusual. I had the blackened grouper sandwich which was very good. Just the right amount of kick. My wife had the garlic peel and eat shrimp and that was very good as well. They have a blue crab farm with live crabs in the outside bar and dining area. Pretty awesome place. Great laid back atmosphere. Highly recommended by us.
