Today on our way to a VA appointment for my husband. We where dragging something under the car. Young man by the name by the name of Ryan McCowan came out & cut away the piece & put a bolt in the rest of it. He was so polite. I told him my husband had a doctors appointment at 3:30. He happily fixed it & shook our hands. What a great testimony of the type of service you have.

Not the type to leave reviews unless something is above or below average. Everything from the first meeting till the day I picked up my vehicle was wonderful. You simply can not ask for more from a dealership than what Jack Kain provided. Personal attention was amazing. Saleman Caleb was great. Editing my review. Just a heads up that if you buy a used vehicle that isn't a Ford, the service department here will likely not be able to assist with issues directly but may still be able to honor the Lifetime Powertrain Certificate. We had an issue with that and confusion about maintaining the Lifetime Powertrain Certificate but we were able to get our Chevy fixed at a Chevy dealership. After my initial complaint, Vitaliy was sincere and great about doing what he could to assist. He listened to my feedback and said they are working to prevent future confusion about service needs for non-Ford vehicles. He assisted in getting us compensation for the repairs despite having been done elsewhere. Thanks for your help Vitaliy!

Well, being that a 2011 Ford ranger is now 8 years old, I'd be willing to bet that if you called them or checked their website, you would actually find the answer you seek instead of asking a Google forum.
