Was never told I would have to put the whole bedroom set together myself. The mirror that attaches to the dresser doesn’t even have the correct guide spots in place. I have to guess where it goes. Power tools are needed, plus it says “takes 2 people to assemble.” The delivery drivers put everything in the living room and left. When I called I was told I would have to come back out, pay a separate fee, and wait until they could schedule a time to come back out. The assistant manager was absolutely no help when I called. She’s was finding humor in my stress. Saying all furniture stores do this. When going over the steps to attach the headboard she said I should’ve got bolts to attach it. When I told her I got nothing, she said well it looks like we didn’t even charge you for those. If you come back out we will give you those free. When I purchased I was never offered a fee for setup. Or told this was the way my items would arrive. Complete waste of money. I now have the bedroom set online for sell. Some assembly required….. Hopefully I can get half my money back.
