i recently had the pleasure of shopping at Value City for living room furniture for my new home. Sean was very helpful in assisting us and arranging for delivery to our home which will be located in Delaware. My husband and I have shopped Value City in several cities and have always been extremely satisfied. This most recent experience at the Sir Barton Way store was no accept-ion!! I highly recommend shopping at Value City.

The only store I shop at because of the quality and price. Mr. Sean Stocker is an honest helpful salesperson who always has the customers best interest at heart. Overall, one of the best furniture stores in the area.

Sean helped me out this evening. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. He took care of everything and was very knowledgeable about the furniture I was searching for. I purchased knowing without a doubt this was the best place to purchase. This has been the best furniture shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Horrible experience After placing the order, it has been 1 year and the furniture keeps coming in bits and pieces one item at a time. Everything is blamed on shipments. Very bad customer relations and few of the furniture items had to be returned even after so much delay.
