The sale went great! The breaks squeaked and they said it would wear down! Once we got the car looked at by someone else, the conventional rotors were all on backwards and there are chucks in the front tires! It’s been 5 trips back and forth! Then they agreed to redo the breaks! Well, they ended up sounding so loud it was embarrassing to even drive the car! Took it back for them to say my fiancé had crystallized the breaks! Remind you it had only been drove maybe 40 miles since then and my fiancé is the professional at not speeding lol! So after they blamed him and refused to do anything he took it to Lexus for a check up! They said the clip on the breaks was missing! After taking it back to Carmax the worker “Jared” told my fiancé he was wrong and pointed to the tire saying it was there! The manager backing up the worker without even checking his self tried to say he was calling his worker a liar! After my fiancé had another worker pull the tire off and prove the pieces were actually missing the manager changed his attitude 🙄 sorry but that was the 5th visit! No responsibility taken until completely called out! They were trying to refuse the replacing of the tires they agreed to replace before, until after all the blaming my fiancé’ smh! This is not business! We still are waiting on tires! So we have another visit to go! This was so unprofessional and my fiancé is way nicer than me! I hope you guys don’t screw everyone over especially the ones who don’t know how to keep check of things on cars!

My experience with Carmax has always been positve. I have purchased four vehiles in the past five years. In my opinion the prices on the vehicles have been at true value and no hidden fees. My two sons and wife have nothing but positive comments to say about Carmax and the staff we have been worked with. I will continue to purchase from Carmax when looking for our next vehicles

A special power of attorney. Deployed Soldiers find themsleves in that situation at times. But without a special power of attorney you cannot. It protects the owner.
They offer lots of choices to choose from. Best practice may be to check online inventory or call Carmax. As this forum is for Google Maps, Carmax probably wouldn't see your question directed them to give you a response. Happy car shopping and hope you find the Juke of your dreams
