Burke furniture is awesome
interested to know how this went. Policy I bought turned out to be a scam and David's response was "they aren't in the cleaning business and that's not coming apart at the seam". My grandmother and mother were seamstresses so I know what a seam is. Pillows coming apart at seam and fabric coverage is literally a scam - they denied claim saying "pillow failure and stain accummulation" which is BS. Hope you're policy wasn't with Guardsman. They won't call back and you'll have to chase them down. I've never been so livid and never had issues with any furniture aside from this experience. And I was a repeat customer. Good luck! Hope it works out better for you.

I don't know about that. I do know we have bought furniture from them for 20 years. and i think it is the best quality for the dollar in Lexington.
I'm not sure about getting furniture covered. I've only purchased furniture from them and have been pleased with everything.
