We are long time Banfield clients, and it is okay! Having been to other branches, I’d say the High Point facility is decent. I’m not sure about recently, but there was a while there where we couldn’t even see the same vet twice, the turnover was that bad. There is a lot of convenience to their online portal, though, and scheduling is very easy. The lines to pick up dropped off pets are usually not too bad.

I took my 3 mth old puppy in for a wellness visit and they told me she was overall healthy gave me medicine for worms she did not have even after explaining she didn’t 2 hrs later I noticed she was sleeping a lot and not feeling good I thought it was the meds they gave her day 2 I took her back up there because they told me to If she was having diarrhea and throwing up she was doing both and would not eat or drink for 2 days they told me it would be 250$ for test not even treatment I asked to speak to a doctor and they said she was never seen by a doctor and when I repeated this back to the lady the story changed and she told me she was but the doctor she “seen” would not be back until next week so I went home to try other options but unfortunately I had to take her back up there the 3 rd day because she was still not eating or drinking and clearly passing away her gums were white she was only 5 lbs when I brought her in the first time by day 3 she lost 3 lbs and was extremely weak I didn’t know what else to do so I took her back BEGGING for help because she had all signs of parvovirus I was denied help each time because they wanted 250$ for test not including treatment not once did they look at her to at least try to help me and after being denied help we left with my dying puppy not once did we speak to a doctor nor nurse my puppy was a healthy sweet playful baby before I took her to pet smart please if you love your pets DO NOT BRING THEM HERE

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 27, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Sep 27, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).

what can I do in order to help a mother cat who, during delivery, had her uterus push out of her birthing vagina. We are on a very limited income and can not afford to have the surgery to save her life. We need help with this problem now. Please!!!

You definitely need to take the cat to the pet hospital. Banfield is great and will take in emergencies!
