Its an ok place to live at and they do have a clubhouse with a pool and fishing dock with a boat ramp as well... Dont forget the basketball court and playground

I don't live here. I come to visit my Aunt. It's pretty nice tho. They have a pool and playground for kids. Also it's on the water.

I know the office has been understaffed for a long time but now I see there is a full staff again. This team seems for serious in make the property look better. I've already notice improvements. People getting violations to clean up their yards, trim their bushes, picking up their junk. Looking forward to more improvements.

It can be, I see some parents driving to get 3 loved ones from the bus, I've also seen older kids walk them selves In groups safely, The pool can be very nice you have to have a pool pass Easily attainable to the office, They have started providing lawn service , Like any neighborhood There is a few Things that have been stolen as long as you keep things locked it safe. I've lived here for 20 years But it seems to be friendly I just keep to myself Mostly.
no really they started renting toxic homes and get people to sign a waver that you can't sue them for getting sick that's bad business. manager lied to LAW enforcement agencies May 2019 , there are haxzards they won't fix no manager dont know how to do her job correctly

yes communities is no longer in business they have an inactive business license on SUNBIZ as of 5|27|2019 YES COMPANIES KEY WHYS NO one WAS INFORMED WHATS ELSE ARE THEY HIDING FROM RESIDENTS have they told you the River Bay Mobile Home Association it's not business that were a fraud OUR license # 2000009770 fact check at Sunbiz If they said to you River Bay Mobile Home Association is closed and frotting people contact River Bay Mobile Home Association immediately located at 7016 Grand River Drive Tampa 33619 they could be held liable for damages River Bay Mobile Home Owners Association works for our residence not yes communities key we someday May own this Park all of us together as one support River Bay Mobile Home Association you can also pay your rent to the association prior to the first you never have to deal with landlord again the exposed cable line was just repaired by the maintenance people of River Bay three weeks prior to this post can't cable correctly
