Room needs much more soundproofing -- noise from hallway and neighboring rooms. Wifi was so slow it was useless. Elevator wasn't working. Bed was comfortable. Room phone didn't connect to front desk. Definitely not worth $200/night.

Decent lodge near UMass Amherst and right next to a strip mall. Room was small and uninviting. Floor had thin layer of dirt. Bedsheets weren’t changed as it had hair from previous occupants on it. WiFi speed was ok. Room had total 4 power outlets - two were used by alarm clock and table lamp. Other two were broken and loose. They wouldn’t hold a simple iPhone power adapter in it. We had to unplug the alarm clock and lamp in order to charge our devices. House keeping was not available everyday. Room doesn’t have a safe/locker. Front desk Staff is very courteous and accommodating. Adequate parking. Will definitely consider other places to stay before even thinking of this one.

Very Old and outdated facility with paper thin walls. You can hear everything going on above you and to the sides of you. Only good thing is there’s a Dunkin’ right next door.

Great for the price. Good location, super friendly and helpful young staff, clean rooms, and parking. The pool its also a plus. This is the second time I stayed with my family and we will definitely come back. Of course don't expect a five star hotel, but it's definitely the best budget option in the area.
