Their ice cream is still good but I've been disappointed with the changes to their menu. They got rid of my favorite items (esp. senior menu). I go much less often now.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at the Hadley Friendly s. I asked what the difference is between a royal banana split and a Jim dandy. The girl at the window said nothing. The Jim dandy is just in a stand up glass. Then why is it a dollar more. I don't know she answered. So I ordered a banana split with no chocolate ice cream. I made it very clear I didn't want chocolate ice cream. What did I get? Extra chocolate ice cream. The difference between a Royal banana split and a Jim Dandy is 2 scoops of ice cream. It's clearly stated on there web site menu. I looked it up while I was waiting for my banana split. This girl didn't know the menu and clearly didn't care she made my split wrong.

This is the only Friendly's worth going to. The waitstaff ESPECIALLY Barb are all fantastic. Barb is so attentive and quick! She is so friendly and makes bringing two kids out to lunch a good experience. We never have to wait long for drinks or food!!

Loved it Me and the family stopped by here to have some lunch before going to the mall and saw this place from street side it looked nice from the exterior so we all decided to give it a try. They have outdoor seating available. No dress code requirement. Cash or credit accepted here. Good for large groups or small groups. As you enter you will be greeted by one of the waitresses and they will take you to your table. You will receive some menus and your drink order will be asked. They were fairly busy during our visit plus we had 5 people total and all of our food still came out promptly. Our food came out on these neat trays and the plating was nice. At the end of our meals we then decided to try out one other their dessert's It was the " strawberry shortcake with icecream" ....wow it was delicious 😋 Our server did such a great job we made sure to tip her 25 percent.
