I wish you take my review serious, Sandi at the meat and cheese department is really going beyond her job. I can write tense of pages about how she was friendly, professional and caring about customer satisfaction. I just went to her with very simple question about turkey meat, and then very professionally & very organized has explained to me the different kind of the turkey meat including low sodium ones which is I really really need it because of my health condition. If I’m the executive for this area I would have a meeting with her to make sure that she is in the right spot/position to take the most advantage of having such an amazing employee in the company.

They had more than 5 carts waiting to pay. One lane open. I told one of the employees if they could open another lane, and he flat out ignored me. Horrible customer service

This is by far the worst Ralphs I've been to. The Hispanic lady working the self checkout has no Idea what she is doing. Watch her not assisting customers, an elderly Woman, so I had to helped her out. And the Manager, the short heavy set guy, everytime I'm in there, he's always looking at his phone facing the window looking outside towards the packing lot. He glanced and the Woman and didn't even do anything either. I've lost complete respect for Ralphs and will never go there again. How dare they treat the elderly like that.

6:50 AM on 8/5. I am 1 of 2 customers doing self-serve checkout, the other customer is having difficulty processing his purchases and looking around for help. Two employees 20 feet away and totally blind to the customers. I helped the man process his groceries. Staff appears disinterested. This happens a lot here in the morning.
