On Monday August 22,2022 I brought my disabled aunt to LHR Radiology in Bethpage. She is in her 90’s she can’t move well at all and fist I took her to the Hicksville lhr after ten minutes to get her out of my truck and wheel her in to find out the X-ray machine was broken. I asked the young lady behind the counter to please call the next closest lhr. she called Bethpage lhr there X-ray machine was working. We went there. We drive up to lhr in Bethpage to find out no handicap in front of the door only one by care advantage. I had to get my aunt out of the truck in to the wheel chair and wheel her around the building to lhr. the town won’t let them put handicap access around the building. Who made it all better at lhr In Bethpage was Rose and Lea who were professional and wonderful when we arrived. All the help and time they took with helping me with my disabled aunt was amazing. Rose and Lea couldn’t be more amazing young helping, caring young women. Excellent care. there disk machine was down they took the time to manually put all imagines on a disk for my aunt. Rose and Lea my aunt and I thank you so much . Stay well! To LHR. You need to fight for handicap ramps and parking. Also make sure machines are in working order everyday.
