I love shopping at Smart & Final. Great selection of items....friendly staff. I purchase an item that showed that it was on sale, however, when I went to check-out the price showed the original amount. Shane, store personnel was quick to remedy the situation....he apologized for the error ....not only did he refund me for the original cost of the item that I paid for ...he gave me the item for free saying that it was an error on the store's part. Kudos to Shane and the staff at Smart & Final.

Thank you ANGIE!! ANGIE went above and beyond today! I couldn't find my debit card she offered to look up and down the isles to see if she could find it. She took my number in case she found it. She found it as I was leaving the store! THANKS AGAIN ANGIE!!

This store is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The produce is fresh and well stocked. Meat, Fish and Poultry are fresh. The customer service is excellent and the cashiers are always friendly!! My only complaint is they freeze certain buns (ie cibata buns) and rolls from time to time. When I arrive early in the AM the rolls are often still slightly frozen and cool to the touch. When I get them home after they've fully defrosted, the bread product is often mealy and unappetizing! That's not cool!!! Bread should be fresh or tossed, not frozen over and over again!! Other than that this place is great!!

Super convenient supermarket across the street from where I currently work. Produce is always fresh and there is always a sale on sparkling water. I was happy to see the velvet rope for Covid taken down and simple little arrows and space divider stickers for the checkout lanes. It has a comfortable feeling and it has been my lunchtime spot for two years now. It will soon be time to move on to my next thing, but I will remember the life lessons from this neighborhood spot for life.
