Ordered a couch online (couch was $500) and I paid for the insurance ($50) and the Delivery/Setup fee ($200). In total it cost me $800. I just received the delivery confirmation call and was notified that they don’t provide a haul away service, so now, before they arrive tomorrow, I have to go rent a U-Haul and dispose of it. If Ashley’s is not going to provide Haul away services, then they should only be $100 for Delivery/Setup.

We boght furniture and we made a clam for a table we boght because it was damaged and they came to take the table but they also wanted to take all of are other furniture and leave us with a really low quality table

Thats terrible. I would get a refund and then get to somewhere else like ramos funiture. I belive they deliver for free.
You cant use box springs on an adjustable bed frame since those typically dont bend. The adjustable frame should come with a pad or thin base that sits on the frame. Your mattress is the only thing that will go on the base and frame.
