Would give a 0 star if possible. Very disappointed in their change in management and the current customer service. Have used this bank for 15 years and when asked for a courtesy refund of $5.00 for an overdraft charged it was denied. Spoke with the CEO who indicated they do not have any other charges so the $5.00 was a reasonable charge. Never experienced this before as the previous Manager was very reasonable. I will be finding another bank to bank with. This is a very difficult time for everyone given inflation. Instead of wanting to keep a long term customer satisfied they rather have $5.00 and lose a customer that has been with them for 15 years. Taking my business elsewhere.

DO NOT BANK HERE. Absolutely the worst bank with the worst fees. They will charge you for anything and everything they can, squeeze your stone totally dry to the point where they charged my family member to PRINT OUT A STATEMENT. Incredibly basic service that needs to be free. Their line of credit overdraft protection is frankly predatory in how they have it set up, and not in line with how other banks handle it, and their customer service is at best abysmal and at worst non existent. My family member was at this bank when it was the monterey employees credit union and it was fantastic. They are now elderly and my wife and I are helping them out, and we discovered just how terrible their service is now that it is allus. Totally taking advantage of retired Monterey County employees they inherited. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed at their product and how poorly set up their institution runs and how poorly designed their website is. LAUGHABLE.
