I've never been able to go into this place to see my doctor in a timely fashion, I'm sick now, and the only time they accept appointments is like a month out, I'M SICK NOW, I'm not gonna be sick a month from now.

Arriving and going to the Front desk is comparable to getting knocked out, brought back by the referee and then trying to make sensible conversation with these people. Through the phone the interactions aren’t much better, another comparison to this experience, would be like going back in time to the 50’s and trying to make sound of what they’re saying. And here’s where it really gets you, you can’t understand a word they say. But they can hear a pin drop through their end. Idk what service provider they have. Prob something Alexander Graham Bell had idk.

Very, “I hate my job” kind of attitude. I simply asked to set an appointment to see a Medical Profesional. And this young lady treated the entire situation as if I had just unfolded all of her sorted laundry. My apologies for asking multiple times for confirmation. I only mention this because I have the latest iPhone, I had her on speaker and still couldn’t hear her. The entire conversion sounded like if she was speaking through a Tin Can on a string. The clinic I assume has to be well funded due to the pandemic. To be frank I don’t even think she created the appointment. I guess I’ll wait and see.

The clinic is rubbish the service the corporation at the airport I had an appointment at 445 pm I arrived and they told me it was. At four I explained to them that the secretary told me at 400 that she was going to ask Dr. Dou what to do and that he said no. Later the secretary tells me that she changed my appointment but before 10:30 am because that is the last appointment that is in person after that time it is by phone. I got angry, I have a medical condition and I always need a doctor so that he can recommend me if my stoma has problems. I marked the managers with a certain Mary who is on the airport street and until today she hasn't even spoken to me. Today, Dr. Wevon or Doug Comon called me to tell me that he could see me at whatever time he wanted, and if he could go at any time, yes. Since I didn't tell my work, he hopes Dr. Wevon has time to see me. It is good that they help the most needy Community but do not abuse tell the Community that they will not be there in person and do not leave them waiting an hour. I have a question for those in charge of the clinic if they have the education and courage to show their faces From when can a doctor see the symptoms of a patient by phone and if someone gets sick after 10:30 am they cannot go with you well They don't see patients after that time.

Yes they accept Medicare and they are very professional with the dentistry work they do. They are very busy there so call for an appointment ahead of time.
They only have one I suggest call them at 8 am or 1pm is the best time to get a hold with them
probably Cardenas assistant she was the only one with an ugly attitude in my experience
Dentistry takes time. You have a busy dentist office, and each patient is having their dental needs met. Having a dental exam alone can vary in time depending on the patient's mouth and issues within. Perhaps try setting up an appointment, and then letting the people at the counter know that the day of your appointment is a very busy day for you. That's what I did, and it worked for me. (Oh, and it wasn't a lie, I was very busy that week.)
