I needed a routine drug test for a new employer. When I called, they said it would take an hour to be in and out. I showed up, having 2 hours before I needed to leave for work, thinking I’d have some wiggle room. I waited for over 2, and there was very little information about when I’d be seen during the process, except a text message option telling you what place you were in line (it didn’t give approximate times). The women at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. I had to leave before I had the test done, wasting 2 hours of my time unnecessarily. Express is literally in their name, this is ridiculous.

Do not choose this location for employer drug screening. You will just have to contact your prospective employer/background check vendor to change locations so save yourself the hassle. Very rude staff in addition to not providing the drug testing service listed on their site.

Came in for a flu shot, check in was hassle free and the front desk staff was very communicative, clinical staff was friendly and professional. To the people who have complained about the wait and service, a little patience can go a long way you are not the only one trying to be seen.
