Positive: I have a baby, and the room worked well for us. We were provided with a crib, as requested, we were located near our friends' room, as requested, and some other details worked out nicely too. Negative: We were led to believe that there was a pool on the premises, but it was closed.

Positive: It is fairly good, but it is what I wass expecting. Negative: They have put a cabinet around the refrigerator.. It probably is for appearance, but it is mildly annoying, but that is a good problem to have.

Positive: Location is good and room space is good. Negative: We could hear people talking in the other room and it was loud. Outside had a very awful smell. Breakfast was ok not many options.

This hotel is so good that the manager of another hotel in the area actually recommended it rather than his own. Feels incredibly secure and safe, is close to convenient shopping, even has a Staples right next door if you're working out of your room and realize you need office supplies. Clean and affordable, close to Amherst and not too far from Northampton, I'm glad to have booked here!
