This is one of the slowest Wendy’s I have ever been to in my life. For a fast food place in college town, there should be more staff, and better protocols for late nights considering the horribly long lines that don’t move for minutes at a time. I am always dissatisfied at this location.

Extremely slow. They take one car at a time no matter what time of a day. Expect to wait 20mins in the drive thru line. Ordered online. Tried going inside because it was so slow and long. They refused and told me I had to go through the drive through like I had put online. My food was frozen cold. Figuring out how to get a refund

Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes. When I got to the window they said they “ran out of food” for the order Id placed online forty minutes ago?? Yet, they were still making orders for people behind me. I don’t know if they just didn’t want to make mine. I usually love Wendy’s but I’m in awe of this and how unhelpful the staff was in relaying the information. Would give zero stars if i could.

Good place to enjoy a quick bite of American food (burgers, fries, and nuggets). Very ample menu with choices for every taste. The staff is very attentive and gives good service. Very convenient phone ordering and easy pickup system.
