I have banked with this company for almost 17 years and that is now coming to an end!!!! After my divorce, 5 years ago, I faxed the legal documentation to take my ex-husband off my bank account! Last year my account was drained by the Division of Child Support. I had to go through months' worth of bank statements to prove that he wasn't on my account. It took forever to get my money back! I'm raising two children without financial help from no other than my paycheck. I faxed my information just as instructed. Months later, it happens again!!! Still hasn't been corrected!!!! A few weeks ago, I applied for a personal loan. May I say I have paid off SEVERAL personal loans through them and several loans throughout adult life that they can access and see! I didn't get the name of the loan officer, but the gentleman was very unprofessional during our conversation and was very impatient with me, he questioned me about what I had done with my money as if I was a child!!!! And he hung up on me and I have yet to receive a call or an email. I work in customer service and have for 19 years and if I were to have treated one of my customers that way, I would expect a WARNING for my behavior from my supervisor or expect to get the boot! Do yourselves a favor Signature and improve you customer service!!! You are losing a 17-year member because of it.

Had to come back and change my post and review. Had the pleasure o speaking with Angela at Signature who reached out to me to address my previous encounter. The fact she reached out told me that Signature does pride themselves on customer service, I guess me and the previous associate caught each other on a bad day. All that said, they have earned my business back. Thank you for reaching out and making things better!!

I used be a banker and worked various banking roles so I have familiarity in the industry; thus I can speak from knowledge of the background and thoroughly proclaim that I had the pleasure and wonderful experience of working with Jamie. It seems Signature could definitely use more staff and the employees have a lot on their plate. That said, he more than made up for this. His care for his clientele seeps through the phone and one can feel his attention and genuine care of his - the bank's - customers. It would have been impossible for us to navigate a highly stressful financial situation without his remarkable help. Signature is incredibly lucky to have such a hard working employee. As a current employer myself, I'd only be so grateful if everyone held themselves to his standard. Maria was also instrumental in helping us reach our goals.

I am IMPRESSED! Phenomenal customer service. I opened an account here just to use as savings, then decided for the credit card and on that call Victor offered a lower rate car loan than I had. Within 2 days I opened a savings account, credit card and car loan with SFCU! They are so quick and pay so much attention to detail! I absolutely love the service I have received In this short amount of time! SFCU is taking care of me and I’ll make sure to always take care of them!
