The new all-reserved seating policy makes this theater inaccessible to people with certain disabilities. I suffer from MCS and MCAS and will get sick if I find myself seated next to someone wearing perfume or other chemicals. I used to just move to a different seat but now they have made that impossible.

Seating is always nice and clean. Concession stand was well staffed, didn't feel like h had to wait too long. For the record it was a matinee! But would definitely go back again!

I've been coming here over a year and have had a great experience with staff and overall services here despite the covid-19 pandemics limitations of services businesses can provide. But today I came here and was going to get a small popcorn with a drink. They only had large popcorn which I didn't want and they couldn't accommodate adjusting my popcorn to a small by using a large drink cup. They said they only had large sizes to purchase. I asked the manager and she was very adamant that I had to either take it or leave it as they were nkt willing to accommodate me at all. I will be emailing this to headquarters so they know that their staff at this location needs a refresher on customer service. Oh and there's a sign that says they proudly serve Starbucks, when I asked they said they don't. Not surprised.
